What’s the show about?
It’s my new touring show, Definitely, which is a mix of stand-up, songs and general silliness.Why has sports presenter Clare Balding been something of a musical comedy inspiration? I find prolific gilet wearers to be very inspiring!
Where was your first comedy show?
My first solo stand-up show was three years ago, and I wouldn’t change anything. Not to sound too cheesy, but I like learning from my mistakes. Not that the show was a mistake…
Who inspired you to pick up a mic and take to the stage?
Bette Midler.
What is the funniest thing you have ever seen?
This is a tough one, but I think it has to be the time my friend, who is a grown man, accidentally shat himself on Clapham Common. I couldn’t stop laughing for days.
