Sandra Bullock and George Clooney star in this sci-fi thriller that has been touted by many as one of the best pictures of the year, and with good reason. Bullock and Clooney are astronauts who get stranded in space after an explosion on their shuttle, with director Alfonso Cuaron (Children of Men) taking us through the nerve-shredding, nail-biting attempts to save themselves and back on terra firma. A mesmerising movie, and with some pretty top notch 3D, too!
