That announcement came on Tuesday night and rumours quickly started escalating about affairs, a representative for Gwen since denying reports she was unfaithful to her hubby after a picture emerged of her kissing ex Donovan Leitch at a baseball game, months before announcing the split.
It’s not clear why the couple called it quits but it might have been because they moved to LA last year – a move that is believed to have upset Chris, who was happy in London, where the couple had lived for many years.
“Chris doesn’t have any family or friends in Los Angeles. His Coldplay bandmates are based in London, and that is where his world is. Gwyneth had always said she never wanted to live in LA, and then, abruptly changed her mind last year,” a source told Radar Online. “The plan is for Gwyneth to remain in California, with their children. Chris will absolutely be moving back to London, but will commute back and forth to see the kids.”
So, co-parenting from different continents? That’ll be tough.
The A-list couple are set for a $280 million divorce, according to the Mirror.
