This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby finally gave birth to a baby girl yesterday after first going into labour on Monday.
Her second child, who Holly and husband Dan Baldwin have named Belle, was born a month early weighing 2.3kg (5Ib 2oz).
Holly’s spokesman said that the couple were “thrilled and feel very lucy and can’t wait for their son Harry to meet his little sister Belle”.
The 30-year-old has described Belle as “amazing” on Twitter and has thanked fans for all of their support.
Holly’s friend Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton twetted: “So happy for my Holly dolly!!”
Fans had been kept on the edge of their seats in anticipation of the birth as it seemed like such a long labour.
Holly’s co-presenter on This Morning Phillip Schofield had been updating fans throughout the week on Twitter to inform them of Holly’s progress.
