We’ve had the longest day sure, but we haven’t even entered July and there are lots of fun summer times ahead.
So it was quite depressing to learn that this year’s ‘must-have’ Christmas toys are ALREADY on sale.
Yep, despite the fact there are 180 days to go – almost half a year – retailers have started stocking things like Xeno, Transformers toys and the Teksta T-Rex, all listed by Hamleys as this year’s must-have.
Parents will be keen to get in quick to avoid disappointing their kids and shattering the Santa illusion – last year’s must-have, the Teksta robotic puppy, was so popular that it sold out completely.
My friend Cayla, a WiFi-connected doll (which we think is pretty creepy) tops the list. It has a price tag of £75.
