The court case is about her recent car crash and probation hearings, and it’s not the first time Lohan has been a no-show.
Lohan got a doctor’s certificate to say that she was too sick to fly to her court case, but was seen that same afternoon shopping.
“Lindsay has an upper respiratory infection and can’t fly for her own safety as well as the safety of the public,” reports TMZ. “But take a look at the pictures showing Lindsay on an all-day shopping spree in SoHo (sic) Saturday — the same day the doctor allegedly examined her. She’s even smoking… which doesn’t seem like great idea for someone with a respiratory infection.”
Since the photos emerged, the TMZ story “has scared the crap out of her, and she’s making plans to fly to L.A. tonight”
Maybe Lindsay should have a few more cigarettes to calm her nerves?
