Returning for its fourth year, this arts festival is curated by film director Mike Figgis and brings together myriad installations, discussions, peformances and interviews. It’s all very high-minded, taking the pulse of popular culture, but if you get bored, you can always enjoy the spectacular surrounds of the Opera House.
