A study of 811 Brisbane students has shown that living on baked beans and instant-noodles puts you at greater risk of developing chronic diseases like diabetes, cancer and heart disease.
Researchers said that cash-strapped university students prioritise university fees, accommodation and bills over “discretionary expenses” such as food.
Well that’s pretty much how we remember Uni. Booze = essential, food = discretionary.
