The 20 year-old Zaha, who has to pass a medical first, will be loaned back to the south London club until the end of the season with the Eagles currently sitting in fourth, two points off the second automatic promotion spot.
Zaha joined Palace as a 12 year-old and has been a key player for them in their goal of a return to football’s top flight.
