John Hennigan got into an argument with Judge Patricia Lynch QC during sentencing.
He said she was a “bit of a c***” while being charged for breaching an Asbo for using racist language, according to the Guardian.
The Judge replied, “You are a bit of a c*** yourself.”
When Hennigan shouted back, “Go f**k yourself,” the judge replied, “You too.”
He reportedly shouted “Sieg Heil” and banged the glass panel of the dock.
He was jailed for 18 months.
An Asbo was previously imposed on Hennigan in 2005 when a swastika was discovered on the front door of his council house.
