Röyksopp (Wall of Sound)
Set against the ongoing trend-chasing that characterises other corners of the dance music circuit in 2009, the third and poppiest album from Röyksopp sounds almost quaint.
Without exception, the best tracks are those the pair made without the help of guest singers: tracks such as Happy Up Here and the faintly Air-esque Röyksopp Forever have far more to offer than the duller likes of The Girl And The Robot, built around a dreary vocal from Robyn. WILL FULFORD-JONES
