Bieber fans were outraged when Yeater claimed her four-month old son had been fathered by the singer, backstage at a gig in LA.
Now Yeater has “quietly” dropped the allegations and is no longer demanding that Bieber takes a paternity test. According to a report by TMZ, the 20-year old is no longer being represented by her lawyers.

Bieber had agreed to take a DNA test when he returned to the States and has always claimed that the baby is not his.

Speaking about the allegations during an appearance on the US Today show on last week he said: “I would just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true.

“I think it’s crazy because every night after the show I’m gone, right from the stage to my car so it’s crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations but to set the record straight, none of it is true.

“I’ve never met the woman.”

For her part, Yeater appeared on chat show TV Insider claiming to have evidence that Bieber fathered her baby. “It’ll show in court to prove that my allegations are true,” she said.

However now that Bieber has threatened to counter-sue, she has dropped the charge, according to reports.

Meanwhile, Facebook claims it is winning in the battle against a virus containing photoshopped images faking Justin Bieber in pornographic poses.

The attack involved tricking users into pasting rogue JavaScript code into their browsers.

Now Facebook says it has managed to eliminate most of the rogue status updates which included pictures of dead animals, porn and Justin Bieber.
