It seemed that the topless photograph fiasco had finally run its course but now Danish mag, Se & Hoer is cashing in on the grainy pictures that show the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing without her top on.

Kate Middleton and Prince William have already been granted an injunction against the French magazine, Closer, which originally printed the pictures and today police raided the publication’s office, apparently looking for evidence as to the source of the photos.

However, the injunction only stands in France. Italy and Ireland, where the topless pictures have also been published, are unaffected as is Denmark.

Kim Henningsen, editor in chief of Se & Hoer, said he wanted to show the Danish nation “what these photos are all about.”

According to Henningsen, the magazine was offered 240 pictures but, graciously, only accepted 70 of them. Of these, a mere 16 will be printed.

Meanwhile, fashion designer Karl Lagerfield has added his ten-pence worth, saying that Kate Middleton’s mother, Carole, is sexier than either of her daughters.

“I think Carole is very sexy,” Lagerfeld said in a new interview with Grazia UK. “I think the mother is sexier than the daughters.”

Lagerfield has a lot to say when it comes to the Middleton family. He said in a previous interview that ‘rear of the year’ Pippa “struggles” in the looks department.

“I don’t like the sister’s face,” he said. “She should only show her back.”
