Video shot by a bystander shows the runner-up and the winner furiously wrestling with one another still dressed in their glamorous long dresses and sparkly high heels.
The fight reportedly started because judges accidentally called out the wrong name when awarding the winner of the 2013 Miss Gay San Juan competition. If this story is true however, the rightful winner wasn’t exactly magnanimous or indeed particularly forgiving.
One of the drag queens grabbed the others wig so forcefully they both ended up flying to the floor where they continued to tussle with one another before security eventually pulled them apart.
