La Terraza is much more than your average terrace bar. With a busy schedule of yoga classes, life drawing sessions, and an open air cinema programme, as well as DJs and live acoustic sets, it utilizes its ideal location and takes full advantage of the summer experience, far beyond a drinks menu. Reminiscent of cool laneway bars adorned with fairy lights and a buzzing atmosphere, the bustling terrace is tucked away from plain sight and accessible only through Number 90. Their terrace bar offers beers, tequilas, and margaritas, as well as Mexican street foods to share. If quesadillas and tacos don’t satisfy your hunger pangs, try sticking around for their cricket eating contests.
If and beer and tequila isn’t your thing, you can find truly delicious frozen strawberry, passionfruit, and classic margaritas at the bar. £20 tickets can be pre-booked on weekends for two hours of bottomless margaritas that will have you making fast friends with the safety rope between the terrace front and the canal.
Open from Wednesday to Sunday, the space can host up to 100 people and is available for private hire. Check out their program schedule to keep up to date with what’s on and not to miss out on their quirkier activities.
Sitting on the terrace of this beautiful location, you couldn’t be closer to the water. Lounging by the canal with friends and listening to great music with a drink in each hand, La Terraza makes for a perfect place to spend those warm summer nights.
