Tradition dictates that on the last day of February in a Leap Year, the typical order of proposals is reversed and women can pop the question to men.
The class will take place on Monday 27th February from 6pm at by Brilliant’s boutique at Duke of York Square in Chelsea. Along with champagne and canapés, attendees will get the very best advice on their relationship and tips on the technicalities of the proposal, as well as advice on choosing the ring and the etiquette surrounding Leap Year proposals. Each place costs just £12 with all proceedings going to the charity, GOAL.
Although there may be many women who are prepared to get down on one knee for their boyfriends, the majority admit to being worried about “encroaching on their partner’s masculine role”.
Marisa Peer, who was named Britain’s best therapist by Men’s Health Magazine and has an extensive client list including royalty, rock stars, and media personalities at her Harley Street practice, will proffer the expert advice that promises to equip ladies with all the knowledge they need to make their proposal a success. And those just wondering whether their relationship is ready to be taken to the next stage will be shown how to spot the signs.
