Lindsay Lohan assault complainant Dawn Holland, who said that the actress attacked her during a dispute in rehab on December 12, has now been accused of battering her husband.
Dawn Holland, who worked as a drug addiction counsellor for The Betty Ford Centre in Palm Springs, went through a fierce divorce battle with her former husband last year. It’s now been revealed that he has filed an abuse report against her.
Earlier this month, Holland told TMZ that Lohan and her roommates were caught by security after sneaking out of rehab and going to a party.
Holland said that when she tried to administer breathalyser tests to the three women, Lohan refused and pushed her. When Holland said she was calling police, Lohan ripped the phone off her, causing a sprain to her right hand.
Holland has already lost her job at the Betty Ford Centre for speaking to the media about Lindsay Lohan (not that she’ll mind after reportedly earning £10,000 for the interview) and now it appears that she has been accused of battering her husband.
In legal documents obtained by TMZ, the former husband claims that Dawn had been accusing him of cheating, and one day she turned violent when confronting him with the accusations.
“She got out of bed. She hit me,” he said according to the documents.
Dawn’s hubby also claims that she in a different incident “lost control, broke up a lot of my personal property and attacked me, kicking me in the leg and causing a contusion.”
Meanwhile, Dawn also accuses her former husband for carrying out violent attacks on her and she has a restraining order against him.
Her ex-husband has, however, not been given one for his former wife as his appeal for one was declined.
