The suspects, pictured, were seen entering shops in Hackney amid the worst civil disorder the capital has seen for a generation on August 8 2011.
Det Sgt Ian Coleman said: “A year on and we are still working hard to track down the people responsible for last summer’s disorder.
“I hope that someone somewhere will be able to identify [the pictured suspects].”
The man in the black cycle helmet was seen entering the Carhartt Outlet Store – a clothes store – on Ellingfort Road.
The man in the baseball cap was spotted entering Boots Opticians in Mare Street.

The London riots struck a number of boroughs between August 6 and 10 last year, sparked by a protest in Tottenham after police shot local man Mark Duggan.
Shops were looted and arson attacks common during the violence.
