London’s Tabernacle is a venue for comedy, theatre, yoga, book-slams, dancy, food, cocktails and more. Phew!

Located just off swanky Westbourne Park Road,
the Tabernacle was an old Christian Church back in
the 1800s, with a distinctive, curving red-brick facade.

The building’s gorgeous exterior remains but the Tabernacle has received
a major overhaul – it now
serves as a community art centre with a multi-purpose theatre, gallery and eateries.

On a nice day, you’re sure
to bump into some arty
west London types sunning themselves in the courtyard
– still, that’s no reason to
avoid an otherwise charming, innovative facility.

The Tabernacle runs a packed programme of music, comedy, theatre and general cultural gems, so if you’re planning
an evening out in the area,
be sure to swing by and check out their offerings.

GREAT FOR: A spot of culture
