I spent a number of months in the desert once. When I returned to England it was winter, cloudy and raining, yet I was blinded by the colour green and refreshed by the moist cold. I love the crap weather we have and how fertile this land is. My love doesn’t necessarily have to incorpate a grand panorama of lakes and mountains, I love the simple things, our heritage and history, a simple sheep in a field, even the graveyards!
