It’s no mean feat running the 26.2 miles of the London Marathon on April 23rd. To reward all those medal holders, some bars & restaurants across London will be giving away free food and drink to participants – here’s a taster:

Royal China – FREE Dim Sum

the Royal China Group will be offering competitors a free dim sum dish, when dining in one of their six London restaurants on the day of the Marathon.  Diners simply need to present their Marathon medal to a member of staff on arrival at the restaurant.

Royal China is renowned for its Dim Sum, which is served daily from Noon – 5pm.  Dim Sum dishes are often steamed or baked and so have many nutritional benefits.  Diners can choose between favourites such as Cheung Fun (Rice Noodle Rolls) with Peanut Sauce; Steamed Prawn and Chive Dumplings; and Honey Roast Pork Puffs.
