Bistro K is for one night only combining traditional Korean flavours with modern foods. The six-course tasting menu centres around five colours; green, white, yellow, red and (intriguingly) black.
Expect brisket of beef, mushrooms in a truffle salt mushroom broth, savoury pancakes, scallops, whiting, king prawns, wagyu beef cheek with a port wine and pumpkin puree and ginger ice cream with sundried persimmon.
Not exactly what Kim Jon-un eats, but it could be the closest you’ll get to finding out.
Take your own wine and beer.
The menu costs $60 per person, not bad when you consider all the food you’ll be getting. Our advice go hungry.
