Timed to coincide with the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landings, this compilation appears to have been put together by doing a series of buzzword searches (“moon”, “space”, “stars”) on a biggish iTunes library, and then switching to shuffle; how else to explain the presence of Moon River and Bad Moon Rising?
Still, there’s some fine stuff here; best of all is Brian Eno’s An Ending (Ascent), from his lovely Apollo: Atmosphere & Soundtracks.
