My Tram Experience woman Emma West pleads guilty to racially aggravated public order offence

It can also be revealed that West attacked her partner with an ornamental knife, leaving him with two puncture wounds and several slashes on his body.

West’s case had been adjourned several times as she was deemed not fit to stand trial due to mental health issues.

West, a former dental nurse from Croydon will be sentenced on June 24, but the judge has indicated that she will not be given a custodial sentence.

West pleaded guilty to a racially aggravated section five public order offence: using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour that is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
