Rhydian Roberts, for those with better things to do on a Saturday night, was the runner-up in the 2007 series of The X Factor.
Unlike Leon Jackson, the winner of the same series, Sony have stuck with Rhydian for a second album, marrying his operatic baritone to a pop concept via Radio 2 chestnuts, such as John Denver’s Annie’s Song and Mike & The Mechanics’ The Living Years.
