The former contestant of reality show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! will be parachuted in next week in a morale-boosting visit for the remaining celebrities.
The first evictions for this year’s crop of contestants begins tonight.
Andre, 38, arrived in Brisbane last night to work on the ITV2 spin-off series I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Now!
But it’ll only be a day-long for Andre who will not be sticking around until the end of the show.
It is rumoured that he may take part in a bushtucker trial to try and win food for the contestants.
Andre said: “I won’t jump out of a plane but I’ll have a go at anything else.”
Jungle bosses are also hoping the single parent will hit it off with Australian beauty Emily Scott, 28.
A source said: “Peter’s return to the jungle has been kept under wraps and the details are still very hush-hush.
“Even he is not sure exactly what he will do in the camp, but his visit is expected to cheer up the celebrities as they reach the end of the show.
“He won’t hang around for long, but being back where he first met Katie will still be very emotional. Plus it will really put Mark Wright’s nose out of joint to have some competition and it will be fascinating to watch.”
But Andre isn’t planning on getting close to any other contestants, saying it was strange returning to the jungle.
He said: “It’s been emotional to return. This time I’ll try and stay single.”
