What: Although not everyone strips off at this liberal festival, it’s the norm to bare all and get smeared in neon paint. Taking place in the Black Rock desert on August 29 until September 5, this hedonistic event is not for the shy.

ride, so you can reveal as

What: If you like to get an all-over tan, nothing beats
a nudist beach. Free spirits can bare all at the mile-long sandy Morfa Dyffryn beach in North Wales, often hailed the UK’s best nudist hotspot, while Broadlands in Norfolk is also popular.
A Finnish sauna
What: Finland is home to 1.3 million saunas, one for every three families. Considered a sacred place, Finns don’t have sex in saunas or even look at each other sexually – but you are expected to strip off. When you’re hot and steamy, run outside and roll in the snow.
