It all happened earlier this month in the US state of Oregon when a Pizza Hut driver hurt his neck and back in a crash, and, amazingly, two of the police officers at the scene decided that rather than let the pizza go to waste, they should deliver it for him.
According to CBS News, customers had phoned to complain when their original pizza was delayed, so the restaurant manager made another and personally delivered it to them.
But as they tucked into the new pizza, there was a knock at the door – and they were greeted by the officers and the original one.
The customer, Steve Huckins, took a snap of what happened to prove he wasn’t going crazy, and the image has done the rounds on Reddit and other social media.
