Police raided the premises following a tip-off from a disgruntled New Zealander who had fallen foul of the secret network’s Aussie-only door policy.
A number of men – all thought to hail from Down Under – were taken into custody on suspicion of coercing marsupials to fight under duress.
A source said the roos were in good spirits after the rescue and seemed happy to no longer be tied down to the sport.
