I took this photo the day London was filled with snow in Jan/Feb 2009. London ground to a halt, the busses didn’t run for the first time in years. Most people could not get to work, and as a result, hit the slopes of the local parks. Primrose hill was amazing!! Snowboarders in their full gear were carving up the hill. By the evening, it was nothing but a deserted mass of baking trays, bin liners, and broken baskets, all used as some form of sledge! The temperature dropped, the couples cuddled a little closer, and London slept in a blanket of snow.
