The mayor of Gila Bend, in the Arizona desert, where Harry will stay for the last stage of a weapons course he has been undergoing in the United States, has been told in no uncertain words to be on his best behaviour with the ladies.
Ron Henry has put the fun-loving royal Prince Harry on notice.
Dalliances with the town’s daughters are unlikely to go down well among the staunchly-Christian community in the town of 1700, Henry has warned.
Henry, 64, said: “There are probably some fathers here in Gila Bend who would go to extremes to protect their daughters.
“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we have some very pretty girls here. Some of the dads won’t take too kindly to a Prince fornicating the night away and drinking into the small hours.
“It is a very quiet town with a lot of good Christian people. This isn’t a party town.”
Mayor Henry added: “It is a pretty quiet nightlife scene here in Gila Bend. I would advise the Prince to take in the beautiful sights of the desert. He’s been sighted around town and he’s among us.”
Harry, who was reported to have been dating a cocktail waitress he met in a bar in San Diego earlier this year, is likely to be swamped by girls when he arrives in Gila Bend.
Waitress Renee Vidana, 38, who works at the Space Age Lodge’s restaurant, said “There are a lot of girls in town who would kill to meet a British prince, I think he is going to be swamped when he comes here.
“They all usually are hanging around the basketball courts at night, but if they know he is sitting here in the Space Age Lodge restaurant they will all arrive with their camera phones.
“I would suggest if he picked one of the girls in Gila Bend that he take them here for a date and that he would enjoy the Duke burger. That is an eight ounce burger covered with cheese, onions and bacon.”
Harry, 27, who is an Army helicopter pilot, was sent to Gila Bend last week to train in conditions similar to those he will face in Afghanistan.
He had been in California during the earlier stage of his training.
Meanwhile, Jessica Chastain is to play the late Princess Diana, Harry’s mum in a biopic film focusing on her doomed affair with Dr Hasnet Khan, it has been revealed.
The multi-million pound film titled ‘Called in Flight’ will be directed by Oliver Herschbiegel, the German moviemaker behind Downfall and The Invasion.
It will explore the rumoured secret-two year affair between the Princess and the heart surgeon she called ‘Mr Wonderful’.
