It may sound like hard work, but it’s been done before and it will be done again. Get your mates together to swim, float, paddle, dive, jump and slide through the capital’s wettest assault course.
Thousands are expected to tackle the course of over 35 obstacles and raise money for people throughout the UK dealing with homelessness.
If you’re fun, adventurous and game for a laugh then you’re guaranteed to make it through the course.
