Thousands of revellers are lining the streets of London today as celebrities, politicians and royalty filed into Westminster Abbey for the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Two billion people were expected to be watching as Prince William and his brother Harry left Clarence House at 10.10am this morning, both dressed in full military uniform.

They made the short drive to the Abbey amid cheers from the crowds, some of whom had camped out for days just for a glimpse of the happy couple.

Just hours before the ceremony, the Queen revealed new titles for Prince William and Kate Middleton, who will become Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge after their marriage at Buckingham Palace at 11am today.

They will become the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge after saying ‘I do’.

Nearly 2000 guests were expected at the ceremony today – including celebrities such as David and Victoria Beckham, Guy Ritchie and Chelsy Davy, Prince Harry’s on-off girlfriend.

She arrived at the Abbey wearing an aqua green Alberta Ferretti skirt and off-the-shoulder jacket.

David Beckham was wearing a bespoke Ralph Lauren morning suit. While fashion designer Victoria was dressed in a navy suit from her own collection along with customised Christian Louboutin shoes.
