A group of primary schoolchildren singing Iron Maiden’s rock anthem Flight of Icarus has become a surprise YouTube sensation this week.
The enthusiastic bunch from Wattville primary school in Birmingham get carried away singing the tune as they’re shown headbanging and playing air guitar.
The video has already attracted more than 134,782 viewers and has been liked 1293 times since it was uploaded to YouTube on Tuesday.
The song was recorded as part of Kerrang’s Cash for Kids charity which seeks to raise funds for sick and unprivileged kids across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Viewers have posted a string of positive comments.
