The Mansell family hold Christmas lunch for their seasonal workers in an effort to improve their experience in regional Australia.
Ben Mansell said ensuring staff had a positive experience working at the farm had led to new workers being referred to the farm.
Backpacker Ciara Begley, from Manchester in the United Kingdom, is spending her second Christmas at the Mansell’s farm.
“I’ve gotten really close with them all, I’ve been to Vietnam with Ben and had a weekend away with Sam, his brother,” said Begley.
“It’s like my little Australian family.”
