Shepherd’s Bush Walkabout up for sale, could be turned into housing

The owner of the pub and bar with a 1250-person capacity, Intertain, has listed the property with property agent Davis Coffer Lyons.

The company’s chief executive John Leslie told M&C Report he expects a “range of offers” from publicans to developers for the 12,700sq foot building

Director of DCL Paul Tallentyre said: “This is an excellent property in a fantastic location. As well as bar and pub operators we also expect to receive a great deal of interest from property developers who are looking to take advantage of the sites proximity to Westfield London. We hope to be able to announce a buyer later in the year.”
