Shop watch: Howies sample sale

Hailing from the west coast of Wales, the company aims to clothe the outdoor enthusiast as well as the everyday man and woman, and the clean design of the brand makes durable staples for any wardrobe.

The sale will include pieces from last season, as well as samples barely past the drawing board.

There will also be returned items available at a discounted price that just need a little TLC and a button or two.

The folks at Howies are very eco-friendly and encourage shoppers to cycle to the sale — your bike is allowed in with you.

They don’t provide plastic bags so bring your own to stash your finds.
