The market organised by cultural journal and NTS DJ’s Let’s Be Brief, combines emerging designers, art, and vintage and lifestyle brands, alongside a range of activities such as life coaching sessions, live art and various workshops.

Those looking to simply hang can keep themselves fuelled by selected food traders and the bar.

For the autumn, SOI has moved to Café 1001 on Brick Lane. The venue is a good indoor choice for the ambitious midday to midnight bash, featuring creative traders during the day and an after party by night, with DJs until midnight.

State of Independence Market, Café 1001, Brick Lane, Sat 10 October, 12pm – 12am and best of all there’s no admittance fee.
