The police have released CCTV of missing Swindon clubber Sian O’Callaghan leaving the nightclub where she was last seen.

O’Callaghan, 22, was captured on closed circuit TV leaving nightclub Suju alone at about 2.50 am on Saturday.

The office administrator planned to walk the half-mile home to the flat she shares with her boyfriend but never arrived.

O’Callaghan’s mobile phone records place her telephone in the area of the Savernake Forest, 32 minutes after leaving the nightclub.

Wiltshire police have since been combing the 4,500-acre forest and believe the journey from the club could only have been made by car. They hoped the footage would trigger people’s memories about what O’Callaghan was doing and who she was with before she left the club.

At a news conference on Monday, her boyfriend Kevin Reape appealed for information to help find her.

“This is a terrible time for all of us and we are praying for Sian’s safe return,” he said.

“She has been missing now for over two days and it’s not like her to not come home or contact any of us for such a long time.”

“We all just want to know that she’s OK as it’s breaking our hearts not to know where she is.”

A police spokesman said Reape was not being treated as a suspect.
