Three sides from each of the UK and Australia are taking on the inaugural tournament, with both competition’s grand final winners locked in.
The grand finalists on Saturday at Old Trafford, Wigan and St Helens, along with Warrington, will represent the Super League.
From Australia will come South Sydney and the Brisbane Broncos along with the Dragons.
Paul McGregor’s Dragons team boasts England players Gareth Widdop and Mike Cooper.
Souths’ line-up could include three Burgess brothers in Luke, Thomas and George, with Sam moving to English rugby union and suffering a broken cheek.
England international Jack Reed plays for Brisbane.
The games are an extension of the World Club Challenge which has taken place since 2000.
Warrington will kick off proceedings on February 20 against the Dragons, with former Wolves forward Cooper likely to line up against his old club for the first time.
The losers of the SL GF will play the Broncos on the Saturday
The big one will be the two Premiers on the Sunday, with whoever wins in Manchester taking on the Rabbitohs after the club broke a 43-year Premiership drought on Sunday.
