South Africa beat Bangladesh by an innings and 129 runs on the fourth day of the first Test at Springbok Park Saturday.
Fast bowler Dale Steyn took five wickets as Bangladesh were bowled out for 159 in their follow-on innings, with the match ending 20 minutes before lunch.
Left-hander Mehrab Hossain was the only batsman to provide sustained resistance, making 43 not out.
Steyn took five for 63 to register his ninth five-wicket haul in 26 Tests.
