The 21 year old man was using a toilet on a Sydney building site when he felt spider fangs sink into his manhood.
He has been treated and discharged from hospital in a stable condition.
The spider’s bite causes acute pain, sweating and sickness, but no deaths have been reported since the development of anti-venom in 1956.
