Howard Marks is known for many things: being an international dope smuggler; a profuse imbiber of the weed; a man who possesses the greatest smile on earth; a talismanic teller of tales; and one who is not in short supply of tales to tell.
This evening he’ll be regaling us all with assorted odds from his life as well as being supported by Rhys Ifans (who played him in the film Mr Nice), members of Super Furry Animals, Greg Wilson and loads more for a fundraising event to help fund Howard’s cancer treatment. It’s gonna be a goodie.
