Judy Viger, 33 made the decision to hire two strippers for her son’s birthday party at a ten pin bowling alley in South Glens Falls in New York State.
It is alleged that the strippers performed lap dances on her son as well as a handful of his teenage friends, some who were as young as 13 years of age according to a police report.
One witness told the New York Post that there were “scantily clad, tattooed woman clinging upside down to a seated teen,”
Viger, 33, was charged today with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child at Spare Time Bowling Centre in November last year.
She is accused of organising, managing and paying for two adult female entertainers who performed personal and intimate dances for five teenagers aged under 17.
The company who Viger hired the pair of exotic dancers through, Tops in Bottoms have said that the whole situation has been blown way out of proportion.
