Hannah Witheridge, 23, and David Miller, 24, were found dead on the island of Koh Tao on September 15.
The BBC reports that police believe ‘all persons of interest’ in the case have been identified and that they are now trying to find a man who left the island that day and is thought to be hiding in Bangkok.
The Mirror meanwhile said police had enough evidence to arrest two men over the brutal murders, with officials sure that they have uncovered a motive for the killings.
The Bangkok Post reported on Tuesday that police had narrowed their inquiry to a Thai national and a Burmese worker.
