Taking over the events space at Pop Brixton, guests will have the chance to buy and try a huge range of sought-after New Zealand wines and craft beers.
For one day only, this ‘garage’ sale will showcase exceptional bottles difficult to find in retailers, and sold here without the retail mark ups. Think of it as the wine-lovers answer to fashion’s sample sale…
Expect great music, complimentary coffee from fellow New Zealanders Caravan and plenty of wines to sample from more than 50 producers including Seresin, Neudorf, Pegasus Bay and Kalex.
Several mini workshops will run throughout the morning and will highlight everything from New Zealand’s rock star grape Sauvignon Blanc right through to looking at new varietals such as Albariño and Grüner Veltliner, and even an informative Christmas food and wine matching workshop.
New Zealand Cellar opened in Pop Brixton earlier this year and operates as a wine shop and wine bar all year round, seven days a week. It’s the UK’s first exclusively New Zealand wine shop and wine bar.
