For one weekend only, SASSAFRAS is taking over Dalston Pond – a renovated, raw, industrial space off Gillett Square. This latest installment in their series of successful pop-up events promises to set a new standard, with two supper club events, two brunches, an accompanying photography exhibition and a cocktail bar. Phew.
In line with their philosophy and the spirit of NOLA, expect more great-tasting food, a lively, fun atmosphere, foot-stomping live music and a unique photographic insight into the city.
On Friday, February 21 and Saturday, February 22, there will be supper clubs, each with two sittings of 45 people, an open bar and live New Orleans music from 11pm till 2am. Meanwhile, on Saturday and Sunday morning, there will be two brunch clubs from 10am to 2pm serving a selection of New Orleans breakfasts and Bloody Marys.
