TNT Multimedia’s group editor Carol Driver spoke to some of the show’s exhibitors on Sunday afternoon.

“The show has been fantastic. The layout of the venue is brilliant, the organisation of the show second-to-none and yet again TNT has surpassed its level of commitment to all its readers and customers.” said Paddywagon’s Gabriel Finn.

“It’s been fantastic! We’ve had good leads, loads of bookings – and I mean loads! Both days have been really busy and have definitely been worthwhile.” said Mari Juk of Excess Baggage.

“It’s been amazing. We have done really well and our new budget range has been really popular. We’re absolutely looking forward to next year!” enthused Traveltalk‘s Megan Rae.

Matt Fletcher, Sales and Marketing Director at Contiki was pleased with the decision to expand the show from a 1-day event to a whole weekend “It’s been a wonderful show. Spreading it over the two days has worked really well for us. We’ve had lots of customers and sold lots of Contiki tours.”

Saturday’s after-show gathering was certainly a boost for many of the show’s exhibitors and a chance to let their hair down after a hard day’s work. A Harlem Shake video was organised by travel video director Greg Brand of Travizeo – see the hilarious results below.

Kay Gillespie of Haggis Adventures got stuck into the dancing chaos “It’s been awesome, really hectic. I’ve loved the pies, I’ve loved the people, I’ve loved the Harlem Shake. Overall it’s been incredibly worthwhile and we’re really looking forward to the next show.”
