It is in fact a splendidly relaxing full body massage, which uses specific pressures and circular hand movements to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system.
This is said to rid your body of toxins, speed up your metabolism and boost your immune system. It’s a no-frills fix in the back of a Superdrug store, but that didn’t stop me from feeling all floaty and light when I left. A great after-work de-stresser.
