TOWIE sisters Sam and Billie Faiers were so frightened after being attacked at the weekend, they have hired personal bodyguards.
The Only Way Is Essex stars were beaten by a girl gang on Saturday as they left a nightclub. Since then, the Faieres sisters have been too scared to leave the house, prompting them to call in the services of a security firm.
Billie, 21, said: “We’ve been too scared to go out […] It’s the only thing we can do to feel safe.”
A spokesperson said that security is being arranged.
The TOWIE sisters were attacked as they left Jet Black nightclub in central London. The pair went outside after being surrounded by 10 girls on the dancefloor, only to be followed outside.
Sam said: “I really thought I was going to die. They came at me like a herd of elephants.”
Sam and Billie Faiers, earlier this month
A video clip uploaded to Youtube shows Billie having her hair pulled and being punched and kicked. She described being hit with glass and with the high heels of someone’s shoe.
After fleeing the scene, Sam received call saying she could get Billie’s phone back if she went to a specified location. However when she turned up she was attacked once again.
The girl gang left Sam unconscious with two black eyes and a split nose. She was taken to hospital where she required a brain scan.
Billie suffered a split lip, cuts and bruising. She also had her £1,500 Mulberry handbag, mobile phone, jewellery and shoes stolen.
The sisters will continue with the filming of TOWIE and viewers will hear their reaction to the attacks on tonight’s show as co-star Mark Wright visits for dinner and asks them about their ordeal.
